Favorable Human services solutions

 Favorable Human Services Solutions provides trauma-informed, permanent supportive housing and wraparound services to women facing compounding vulnerabilities. Our primary population includes individuals who are:

• Exiting incarceration or involved in the justice system
• Transitioning from residential treatment for substance use disorders
• Living with serious mental illness or co-occurring behavioral health conditions
• Experiencing chronic homelessness or housing instability
   

All participants are low-income, earning at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI), and face systemic barriers to recovery, employment, and family reunification.

Our model centers justice-involved women—many of whom are mothers—who are often excluded from traditional reentry and housing pathways. We aim to reduce recidivism, promote long-term wellness, and foster equitable access to housing, behavioral health care, and community integration.

Statistic: Once released from an addiction treatment program or jail/prison, women can face a myriad of barriers to successfully re-entering society. They are not allowed to vote, have little access to education, face scant job opportunities, and are ineligible for public benefits, public housing, and student loans. Source: civilrights.org
