All residents participate in our signature F.A.I.T.H. Program (Follow-up, Advocacy, Integration, Transformation, and Healing) during their first year of residency. This 52-week, trauma-informed aftercare model is designed to support women through every phase of their transition—from stabilization to self-sufficiency.
