On-Site Therapeutic Services

Healing Happens Here—Every Step, Every Story, Every Heart

At the heart of our Tiny Homes Community is a deep commitment to trauma-informed, holistic healing. We recognize that true recovery and stability extend far beyond housing—it requires emotional, mental, and relational support. That’s why we’ve embedded high-quality therapeutic services right on site—accessible, compassionate, and community-rooted.

Required Participation: The F.A.I.T.H. Program

All residents participate in our signature F.A.I.T.H. Program (Follow-up, Advocacy, Integration, Transformation, and Healing) during their first year of residency. This 52-week, trauma-informed aftercare model is designed to support women through every phase of their transition—from stabilization to self-sufficiency.

Participants engage in:

  • Bi-weekly case management check-ins
  • Goal setting and progress reviews
  • Peer accountability and community-building sessions
  • Life skills training and recovery-based planning

The F.A.I.T.H. Program ensures that every resident has the structure, support, and tools to rebuild with intention and hope.

Core Focus Areas:

  • Follow-up: Continued case navigation and care planning
  • Advocacy: Legal, benefits, and family reunification support
  • Integration: Connection to health, wellness, and parenting routines
  • Transformation: Job training, education, and self-sufficiency
  • Healing: Peer-led trauma recovery, maternal mental health, and identity restoration

Individual Therapy & PMAD Support

Every resident has access to licensed mental health professionals who specialize in:

  • Perinatal/Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD)
  • Post-traumatic stress and unresolved grief
  • Co-occurring diagnoses (SUD, anxiety, depression)

Therapy is confidential, consistent, and built around each woman’s goals and lived experiences.

Group Therapy & Peer Support

Community is part of the cure. Our peer-led and professionally facilitated group sessions offer:

  • Shared experiences and mutual empowerment
  • Weekly check-in circles for emotional expression and accountability
  • Trauma-informed, culturally responsive support grounded in sisterhood

Addiction Recovery & Case Management

Residents receive integrated care that links mental health support and addiction recovery under one roof:

  • 1:1 recovery coaching and relapse prevention
  • Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) referrals
  • Ongoing case management to track goals, navigate services, and celebrate progress

Integrative Wellness

We believe healing is holistic. Our wraparound wellness services are designed to nurture the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—through every stage of motherhood and recovery. These services include:

  • Prenatal & Postpartum Doula Support
Certified doulas provide emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. From birth planning and labor coaching to postpartum recovery and infant care, our doulas walk alongside residents as trusted, trauma-informed companions in their maternal journey.
  • Life Skills Groups
Financial literacy, time management, daily routine development, and home organization strategies to promote independence and stability.
  • Parenting Workshops
Hands-on support in positive discipline, bonding techniques, child development education, and family reunification planning.
  • Nutrition & Meal Planning Classes
Guidance on preparing affordable, nourishing meals that support maternal and mental health.
  • Spiritual and Cultural Wellness Practices
Residents are invited to engage in healing practices that reflect their personal and cultural identities, including mindfulness, faith-based support, and ancestral traditions.
